For Homeowners & Businesses: You use our site or call us to find local pros for jobs like roofing or mold removal. It’s free for you—pay the pro directly for their work.

For Pros: You apply to join our network, and if approved, you pay us for leads (calls from customers). We connect you with folks needing your skills.

3. Your Responsibilities

Homeowners/Businesses: Give us accurate info (name, phone, address, job details) so we can match you with the right pro. You’re responsible for any deal you make with them—payment, scheduling, all that’s on you and the pro.

Pros: Provide true credentials (insurance, bond, reviews) and keep them current. Pay us for each qualified lead we send your way, per our agreement. Deliver quality work to keep your spot in our network.

4. Our Role

We’re a connector, not a service provider. We don’t do the repairs, hire the pros, or guarantee their work. We just link you up—Slaidel LLC isn’t liable for what happens between you and the pro.

5. Payments

Homeowners/Businesses: You don’t pay us—your deal’s with the pro.

Pros: You pay us a fee for each lead (a customer call) we deliver. Fees depend on the service and location—details are in your provider agreement. No refunds for leads you don’t convert, but we’ll work with you if a lead’s a dud (e.g., wrong number).

6. Rules of the Road

Don’t misuse our site—hacking, spamming, or faking info’s off-limits. We can boot you if you break these rules or harm our platform. Pros, keep your ratings and creds legit—slipping below our standards (e.g., 4.5+ stars, 20+ reviews) might get you dropped.

7. Liability Limits

"We’re not responsible for:

Pro work quality, delays, or no-shows—they’re independent.

Disputes between you and a pro (e.g., payment fights).

Site glitches or downtime—we’ll fix it, but no guarantees. Use us ‘as is’—we’re doing our best from Duluth, GA, but stuff happens.

12. Termination

We can end your access if you break these Terms—like not paying for leads (pros) or misusing the site (anyone). Pros, we’ll cut ties if your creds lapse or ratings tank. You can stop using us anytime—just walk away.

13. Intellectual Property

Our logo, name, and site content belong to Slaidel LLC. Don’t copy or use them without our okay—pros can’t slap our brand on their stuff unless we agree.

14. Force Majeure

If something wild—like a storm or tech meltdown—stops us from connecting you, we’re not liable. We’ll get back on track ASAP, but nature’s out of our hands.

15. Age Restriction
